A Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) for mental health is a highly structured, full-day treatment program designed to support individuals facing acute psychological distress, emotional instability, or crisis-level symptoms. It offers intensive care without requiring overnight hospitalization.

At Oklahoma IOP Center, our PHP serves as a step-down from inpatient care or a step-up from standard outpatient therapy. Clients attend therapy and support services for most of the day, multiple days per week, then return home in the evenings.
